Our fearless leader, Mike is the founder and CEO of Endai Worldwide. He has led the company's capitalization, brand and product strategy, and client acquisition since inception. Mike brings over 12 years of marketing, sales, and technology experience to Endai. He has provided solutions, software, and consulting services to many clients large and small. Mike is a recognized thought leader in search engine, email, and direct response marketing. He provides commentary and analysis to the media including Bloomberg TV, Brandweek, and DM News. Mike received an MBA from University at Albany and an Entrepreneurial Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mike is a fitness enthusiast. When Mike is not at the office or spending time with his family, you'll find him running, biking and swimming great distances, as he enjoys competing in Ironman triathalons, as well as surfing, and offshore fishing.

Nancy Matnick
Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Nancy brings extensive functional experience in information systems, accounting, finance, process control, business systems and business acquisition and integration to Endai Worldwide. Nancy has a vast background with public accounting firms and their clients in addition to her long standing career in an executive role with MSC Industrial Direct, a publicly held corporation. Nancy is also a Six-Sigma Black Belt with a strong focus on operational efficiencies, driven to improve upon improvements.  During her free time, Nancy is happiest with her family, and enjoys working out and gardening.

Brett J. Buras
Senior Vice President - Client Services

Brett's internet marketing career started in 1998 in New Orleans with the start of The Netcom Group. Within a few short years, Brett was helping clients such as TV Land and Starwood Hotels leverage the internet to grow their brands. Brett has experience in working with advertising agencies to integrate online tactics with traditional advertising to create campaigns that truly perform. Named the "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" by the New Orleans Regional Chamber of Commerce and one of "30 People to Watch" by New Orleans Magazine, Brett has created a reputation for hard work and innovative solutions.  When Brett's not in the office, you can find him at home with his family or deep in the marshes of Louisiana catching fish.
