CitiGroup generates an enormous amount of loan business on the web. Provident Financial Services

"To increase the number of customers that Provident Financial Services can reach via email, their out-source firm, Endai Worldwide, developed a permission-based email append program. Using a network of opt-in permission-based lists, they sent a message to subscribers whose postal address matched the ones on file at the bank. The test message asked if these consumers would be willing to receive email from the bank. Because they're 'still very much a home-style bank,' according to Brian Bruno, vice president of marketing development at the Jersey City-based bank, they were very willing to communicate via e-mail, and the project delivered a higher than expected match rate."

When the world's largest fine dining chain wanted to unleash marketing that sizzles, Ruth's Chris Steak House (NASDAQ: RUTH) turned to the Internet and selected Endai Worldwide as interactive media agency of record and for our advanced MarketTraq·Email™ Technologies.

Developing a targeted nationwide media program which incorporates both niche lifestyle, demographic specialty, and major brand internet portals, Endai Worldwide produced and optimized a multi faceted program optimizing on the cost per seating and revenue per guest. TelX, Inc.

TelX is the VOIP matchmaker for the telecom industry. The client wanted to produce an event that brought customers and business partners together fast. The needed to leverage an extensive email contact database, and also needed a creative hook. Endai developed an email program and custom 3D Flash creative treatment that got prospects excited.
