Endai has engineered a successful business model and is growing. As we expand, Endai seeks a Strategic Account Manager for our PlayBook Client Services team. PlayBook is an analytics-driven online marketing solution that delivers hard business results.

Endai & BuyerGenomics are now sister companies. The BuyerGenomics™ platform gives marketers the tools to improve customer relationships, grow customer value, and improve customer acquisition by unlocking the intelligence buried in your logs of historical transaction data. Endai has a special relationship with BuyerGenomics and is expected to grow services revenues by implementing BuyerGenomics at select Clients.

The ideal individual for this role is a strong leader, persuasive account growth strategist, and analytical thinker who can see both the bigger picture objectives and ensure that our work is aligned with both Endai’s big picture objectives, and the day-to-day needs of our Clients.  The best candidates also have excellent problem-solving skills, and a track record of creatively achieving Client objectives, particularly when faced with obstacles, including Clients juggling multiple priorities and service partners.

This individual will provide thought leadership for Clients and on our website and services to “raise the bar” on the quality and benefits of our Solutions/Services. In doing so this leader will create opportunities to grow the size and scope of our Client relationships. This is a Leadership-bound role at Endai, and the ideal candidate will ensure we deliver results and solutions that turn prospects and customers to advocates, and will take a personal interest in driving the continued growth of our business.

Endai will give serious consideration to the right person in the mid-stage of their development/career. Total compensation for this role is in the range of $90,000 to $150,000 including base and variable compensation. Higher when growth targets are exceeded.

Primary Candidate Requirements for this Opportunity

  • Experience
    • 5+ years of digital experience
    • 5+ years of hands-on and team leadership experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, advanced segmentation and custom implementations.
    • 5-7 years of experience in one or more roles in an online e-commerce environment, familiarity with e-commerce processes and marketing.
    • 5-7 years of expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and experience of measuring the success of SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns/efforts.
    • 5+ years of senior client communication and ability to interact and manage expectations of the Clients, vendors, and internal resources with all levels of clients and technical resources.

    • Effectively manages clients’ expectations from the start of a relationship through the life cycle of the relationship.
    • Learns from mistakes, takes action to apply the learning’s and provides peer and team-wide feedback for those in the immediate area of focus.

Primary Responsibilities in this Opportunity

  • Client Retention & Growth
    • Ensure that the work we do produces the expected Client outcome
    • Stay one step ahead of Clients, managing their expectations effectively and proactively
    • Cross-sell and Upsell current Clients to  grow account value and further cement Client relationships
    • Identify and maximize billable opportunities and maintain high margins
    • Achieve/exceed growth goals annually based on mutually agreed-to expectations
    • Transform clients into “Endai Advocates” –those that refer us to their friends and colleagues
  • Engagement & Business Management 
    • Ensure our products are developed consistent with our Goals and Mission
    • Contribute to the evolution of our products based on Customer needs
  • Leadership
    • Help our Clients Succeed, focusing them on the right opportunities, and steering away from low value, time-wasting efforts
    • Collaborate with Endai  leaders on creating future strategy and direction of the business
    • Improve the processes around the implementation of Endai technologies (MarketTraq Email and BuyerGenomics)
  • Technology & Systems
    • Ability to understand all aspects of a system from a business standpoint
    • Knowledge of web-based tracking schemes, cookies, sessions, etc.
    • A track record of establishing business value of marketing and marketing technology
  • New Business
    • Though not directly tasked with “hunting” net new business, this role works directly with the CEO, head of new business, and sales staff, to perfect and deliver our products and solutions and help ensure we impress on pitches to new prospective clients. Also, significant variable compensation is available for the right person with a “book” of business.
  • Process Management & Evolution
    • Follow and iteratively improve a tight process that controls quality and costs
    • Analyze and structure process improvements
    • Drive regular updates to our SOP online process documentation to reduce the time and effort of onboarding, and to improve the delivery of like quality service to staff and clients
    • Identify, document, and implement opportunities to automate lower value work
  • Staff/Resource Management
    • Optimize the use of internal, consultant, and offshore resources to deliver material improvements in the value of our software and solutions and increase profitability
    • Identify and utilize lowest cost resources available to achieve business objectives
    • Identify and utilize lowest cost resources at an appropriate level of quality to optimize Client conversion rates, and improve Client’s businesses
