Digital Account Manager

We are looking for a well spoken, results driven Account Manager to lead clients and drive digital marketing solutions.  The successful candidate will be:

As a digital marketing account executive, you will represent Endai’s wide range of solutions to clients, define solutions to marketing problems, and project-manage solutions from start to finish.


  • Represent the interests of the client and the agency, a trusted partner internally and externally
  • Raise and hold the bar on quality deliverables you are proud of
  • Leverage Subject Matter Experts to make data-driven decisions that produce actionable results
  • Lead clients and Make Success rather than simply “taking orders”
  • Partner with clients to achieve their goals and KPIs by relentlessly driving strategy
  • Mentor and grow the talent of junior specialists and team members
  • Foster and grow profitable long term client relationships
  • Leverage Subject Matter Experts to make data-driven decisions that produce actionable results
  • This is a full time position at our headquarters in MAnhattan, NY. Some client travel may be required


  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous agency account management experience is a plus
  • A passion for driving results and helping clients succeed
  • Ready and willing to work hard and learn fast
  • Analytical dexterity – able to glean insights from data and clients
  • Loves problem solving: proactively identifies issues and develops creative solutions
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree: prefer computer science, math, economics, and business majors. (MBA a plus)

As a result, we created BuyerGenomics, an affordable customer intelligence platform for small to medium sized businesses that is changing the retail marketing landscape.
