Congratulations!


You have made it to the next step and have been scheduled for an interview at Endai Worldwide.

We expect that you want to be as prepared as possible for your interview.  To assist you in making that happen, here is a brief list of guidelines to follow.

1. Leave yourself enough time for subway travel and finding our office.

• Endai Worldwide is located at 217 Water St. on the 3rd floor.

• Our location on the South St. Seaport is right next door to the Seaport Museum. This is a beautiful setting for our office space, but possibly will take slightly more time to navigate your first time visiting.

• The closest subways are the 4/5 and JMZ to Fulton St. You may also take the A/C/E to Broadway Nassau, exit at Fulton St and walk down to Water St.

2. Prepare to be at Endai for 1 to 2 hours. Your day's schedule will consist of a logic test and an interview with management.

3. Prepare to have all reference information (Name, Titles, Phone Numbers, Emails) easily accessible to you. We thoroughly check references and it is important we are able to reach them without complication.

4. Read our website to familiarize yourself with our company and how we help our clients succeed.

• If you are interviewing for a Sales position, you must bring:   
  

•  Precise, verifiable numbers regarding your sales goals and W2 income for the previous 3 years.    

• Should Endai Worldwide extend an offer, you will be required to submit copies of your W2 for these years.

• An articulate description of the commission percentage and structure in your previous sales departments
