Digital Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the interests of the client and the agency, a trusted partner internally and externally
  • Raise and hold the bar on quality deliverables you are proud of
  • Leverage Subject Matter Experts to make data-driven decisions that produce actionable results
  • Lead clients and Make Success rather than simply “taking orders”
  • Partner with clients to achieve their goals and KPIs by relentlessly driving strategy
  • Mentor and grow the talent of junior specialists and team members
  • Foster and grow profitable long term client relationships
  • Leverage Subject Matter Experts to make data-driven decisions that produce actionable results

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • A passion for driving results and helping clients succeed
  • Ready and willing to work hard and learn fast
  • Analytical dexterity – able to glean insights from data and clients
  • Loves problem solving; proactively identifies issues and develops creative solutions
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus)
