Endai Worldwide, a full service Internet Marketing Agency on Manhattan’s South Street Seaport is seeking an individual for its Client Services and Systems Analyst position within the eMessaging Division. Candidates for this position must be well-organized, possess strong analytical capabilities and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Analysis work will lead to strategy and implementation within the eMessaging division. Previous experience as analyst or client services position a plus. This position will have growth potential based on performance. Endai Worldwide welcomes energetic individuals with a passion for learning in the rapidly growing internet marking industry.
Details of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing e-mail list performance.
- Responding to customers via phone and e-mail regarding minor technical support issues.
- Analyzing data and compiling reports generated by proprietary software.
- Advising deliverability strategies to the eMessaging team.
- Auditing e-mail practices, registration sources, blacklisting and sender reputation.
- Thorough process documentation that will delineate your analytic methods and understanding of industry best practices.
Compensation:
Base salary of 35K with bonus incentives based on performance. Company sponsored Oxford health plan and matching 401K.
